Poster illustration for the movie GLASS (2019). I wanted the shattered glass to resemble the hallway of the psychiatric hospital. And to represent the tagline “You Cannot Contain What You Are” visually, with the light leaking through the cracks of the glass illuminating each character with their respective color.
The “lights” of Mr. Glass and the Beast intersect, as they cross paths and team up. At the same time, the light of David Dunn points in the opposite way, since he will go after them. “The Extraordinary being” crawling on the wall, and with multiple shadows as for his various personalities.
Another detail that I wanted to add is the “split” name of the actor James McAvoy, who plays Kevin Wendell Crumb, separated by the cracks on the glass.
